ABOUT
Meisha meets people where they are.
Meisha has always had a curious mind. A mind with questions, seeking answers and understanding. Her love for the ocean and marine creatures led her to an exciting and valuable 17-year career as a Fisheries Scientist/Statistician for the California Department of Fish & Game, yet she still found herself asking, "Is this it?" "If I'm not doing this, what would I do?"
To answer those questions, Meisha began her personal development journey and realized she was strolling through life, like most of us do, on autopilot, without meaning or purpose.
Throughout her journey, her self-awareness soared and she became fascinated with everything being human. Our "humanness" - our personal mind, body, spirit connection and the connectivity between people. The scientific questions she used to ask herself were replaced with new ones.
Meisha discovered her passion and purpose to help others in their personal and professional development; to unearth their patterns, behaviors and limiting beliefs, to increase self-awareness and to open their eyes to the possibilities. She helps people set goals that are aligned with their values and vision. She also teaches effective communication skills for people to build healthy relationships, with themselves and others.
Meisha works with individuals, groups and organizations to help them transition from where they are to where they want to be. In addition to her Coaching Certification and NLP training, she has completed over 1200 hours in personal development, effective communications, facilitation and leadership trainings. Her diverse range of knowledge and skills provides a strong foundation that can be tailored and incorporated into any learning environment.
